*****Attention Groupon Customers*****
Update May 2, 2017: I will be opening the first few weeks of my June schedule on May 15. I want to let all of you know that I am redeeming the Groupon vouchers as quickly as possible. My campaign should have ended during the first week of January, and no more vouchers should have been sold. Groupon did not stop the campaign when I asked, and as a result, I have a huge number of vouchers to redeem. My schedule is completely full until the end of May, and I have closed the remainder of the year. I will reopen my June schedule toward the end of April. So, as of now, no new appointments can be booked unless you can find an appointment that someone has canceled. I apologize for the long wait, but I am doing the best I can do at this time. If you can't or don't want to wait until June or later to schedule, you can call the customer service number printed on your voucher and request a refund from Groupon. They are aware of my scheduling delays and have noted my account to be able to process refunds much more easily. When you are able to schedule online, the dates with availability will be circled on my schedule. Choose one of those dates and it will give you available times to choose from. MassageBook is functioning properly. If it shows nothing available, then I truly have no time available to schedule any more of the vouchers. Don't worry too much about the expiration date unless you do want a refund. I will honor expired vouchers.
Thanks so much for your patience.
Life today is just stressful. We're so busy with our family and career that we completely forget to take care of ourselves. Our minds are constantly worrying about what has to be done next, and we never take time to relax. We stay so tightly wound that our health begins to be affected. Our blood pressure goes up. We get sick easier and more often. We get more frequent headaches due to all the tension we put ourselves under to get things done. Anxiety levels increase, and we don't get enough sleep. We know we have to do something, but what? As more people begin to realize the importance of relaxation and stress management, massage therapy is becoming less of an occasional indulgence. People are beginning to choose massage therapy on a more regular basis as a necessary part of a healthy lifestyle.
Benefits of regular massage therapy include:
- Decreased blood pressure
- Increased circulation of blood and lymph
- Improved immune function
- Reduced anxiety levels
- Improved quality of sleep
- Greater sense of well-being
- Improved range of motion and joint flexibility
- Pain management
- Treatment of a variety of conditions, such as: carpal tunnel syndrome, thoracic outlet syndrome, and TMJ dysfunction
Massage therapy has many other benefits as well. I would like to invite you to discover for yourself how massage can benefit you!
